Mecha Titansaurus by dracostarcloud Mecha Titansaurus by dracostarcloud
Request done for .

Standing at 60 meters tall and one of the fiercest (in my opinion) Mecha Kaiju I've done, the Mecha Titanosaurus is designed...well...it's designed to look like Titanosaurus. But it also has missiles in the hands, torpedo tubes and gatling guns in the chest, and masers in the hips.

Titano! Loved him in Terror of Mechagodzilla, and this definitely does him justice.

Giant monster-styled robots. Sweet.

They must do much smashy-smashy.

The joys of combining kaiju movies with giant robot anime are great indeed.

Especially 'cause it's part Power Ranger!

It was the red rangers zord in the second series, the one with Lord Zed as the main enemy.

Actually, that was one of the few series that were cool within my youthspan, so I know well enough that what I used isn't Red Dragonzord. It's a concept art for some transforming spaceship thing, I think.

Whoa damn...that thing is frickin' huge!
How many pilots does it need to operate!?

If it were a Showa robot, you'd need a control room with a single operator that's somewhere hidden giving mission objectives instead of giving specific orders.

If it were a Heisei robot, you'd need a control room inside the robot's chest with an odd number of crew members.

If it were a Millenium robot, you'd need a single person piloting it from an airplane until it got so damaged you need the pilot to get in the robot's neck. Dozens of people would be trained to pilot it though just in case a food poisoning epidemic broke out in the JSDF.

It's just a joke on how each set of Godzilla movie robots is piloted the same way.

If you force-fed Mecha Titanosaurus into a Godzilla universe though, it'd probobly be controlled from a secret base by either a single cyborg or a crew of trained apes...literally.
